Lindsey Robinson is a designer from Ashe County, North Carolina, whose journey into fashion began in a place where the industry felt a bit out of reach. Growing up in a small town, Lindsey worked with several local small businesses, experiences that introduced her to the creativity, individuality, and connection that fashion can create. What began as an interest gradually became a passion and sparked a desire to create something of her own.
Coming from a community where fashion was not always a common career path, Lindsey found fashion a way to express herself, step outside her comfort zone, and discover her confidence. Through design, she found a voice that allowed her to communicate strength and self-expression.
Her work is rooted in the belief that clothing can influence how a person sees themselves. Lindsey hopes to create pieces that encourage women to feel confident, worthy, and unapologetically themselves. Her designs are not only about how a garment looks, but how it makes the wearer feel.
As she continues developing her identity as a designer, Lindsey hopes to use fashion as a positive influence, especially for young girls who are still discovering who they are. She wants to remind them that their dreams are valid, their individuality is valuable, and they never have to change or make themselves smaller to belong. Through fashion, Lindsey strives to create more than clothing; she hopes to create confidence, inspiration, and a lasting sense of self-worth.

Black Cherry is a chic, professional womenswear collection inspired by the richness of the fruit itself- dark, bold, and unforgettable. The collection explores a woman who moves through the world with quiet confidence and undeniable presence. The designs balance softness and strength, pairing elegant silhouettes with structured details. Each piece is designed to look beautiful in motion while still holding its shape, allowing the garments to feel unrestricted without losing their polished appearance. Black Cherry embraces movement, structure, and confidence through clothing designed to move with her, never holding her back.
