Threads: Senior Collection Showcase features fashion collections designed and produced by students in the Senior Studio course within the fashion development and product management (FDPM) concentration of the B.S. in fashion and textile management degree program at NC State University’s Wilson College of Textiles. Each fall, senior designers present their final collections, demonstrating excellence in concept development, design innovation, fit and fabrication. These collections reflect a semester of intensive work developing industry-quality garments from initial inspiration to finished product. Threads is a showcase of talent, creativity and skill; it is a culmination of techniques learned over the years through various courses in the FDPM concentration.
