Bio
Annie Hall is a senior at North Carolina State University pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion and Textile Design, with a concentration in Textile Design. She finished her minor in Spanish during a semester at the Universidad de Cantabria in Santander, Spain in the spring of 2014. She is currently an undergraduate research assistant in the Textile and Apparel, Technology and Management Department, working on wovens testing. Annie also works at White House | Black Market in Raleigh, North Carolina. She previously completed an internship in design at Seedling Kids in Wilmington, North Carolina during the summer of 2013, where she helped to develop a new line of graphic tees aimed at the tween market. She hopes to pursue a career in textile design for apparel and is considering taking a year to teach English abroad. She plans to seek a graduate degree in the future.
Collection Description: Global Flow is a modern collection for an international audience. The line is inspired by abstractions of cultural and environmental influences from around the world. It is a representation of the lifestyles of third culture individuals: shifting landscapes and rooted in technology. It aims to fuse fashion with comfort, with expression, and with efficacy.
